Spinach-Walnut Pesto


4 cups fresh spinach 1/4 cup toasted walnuts 1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese 1 small garlic clove, chopped 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons warm water

How to Make It

Place spinach, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper in a food processor; process until finely chopped. With processor on, slowly add olive oil through food chute. Add warm water; process until blended.
