Ingredients

3 tablespoons grated ginger 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 3 tablespoons manuka honey 3 tablespoons water 4 Earl Grey tea bags 6 cups boiling water

How to Make It
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl whisk ginger, lemon, honey and water until combined.
Step 2
Pour mixture into 4 ice cube mold. Freeze for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Step 3
In 4 tea cups add 1 tea bag and 1.5 cups hot water to each. Steep to desired strength. Add an ice cube to each and stir until melted. Cover with a saucer and steep for 10 minutes, or until fragrant.
