Well, 65 percent of our bodies is water, so our water intake affects every organ in the body, especially the biggest organ – the skin. Dry skin makes it hard for you to sweat, and as you know, sweating is one of the ways to detoxify the body. Drinking more water will definitely improve your skin health.

4. You feel fatigued most of the time
While fatigued may be caused by other issues like stress, low calorie intake, and hormonal imbalances, dehydration is also a major contributing factor. The explanation for this is that lack of water in the blood leads to low levels of oxygen in the body. And lack of oxygen is known to cause weakness and fatigue.

Faster recovery of muscles enables faster growth of muscles. But dehydration can hinder this because it increases soreness and inflammation. It’s advisable to drink enough water before, during, and after workout.

9. You don’t urinate frequently
If you’re not going to the bathroom after every 3-4 hours, you’re not drinking enough water. And if the color of your urine is yellow, it means you’re dehydrated. Your urine should be clear or light yellow.
