Ingredients
3/4 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
3/4 cup chopped peeled ripe mango, frozen
1/2 cup fresh orange slices
1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
2 teaspoons grated fresh turmeric
Dash of kosher salt
Freshly grated nutmeg (optional)
How to Make It
Place first 9 ingredients in a blender; process 1 minute or until almost smooth. Divide mixture evenly between 2 glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
