1/3 cup canola mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
6 cups sliced baby bok choy
1 cup sliced radishes
1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
6 reserved dark meat chicken from Chicken and Mushroom Stroganoff
3 ounces reserved chicken breast from Chicken and Mushroom Stroganoff

Preparation
