Creamy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredients
dressing:

1 cup low fat buttermilk (no substitutions)
1/2 cup greek yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
salad:

1 lb. grilled chicken, diced
1 pound penne rigate or fusilli pasta
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
1 heart of romaine, chopped
1/2 cup scallions, chopped (greens only)

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups croutons
Instructions
DRESSING:

Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. Using a small whisk or fork, mix the dressing until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
TO SERVE:

Boil the pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, let cool.
When ready to serve combine the chicken, pasta, tomatoes, romaine, and scallions in a large bowl, and toss with desired amount of dressing.
