Garlic-Roasted Cauliflower 14

6 cups cauliflower florets + 2 tablespoons olive oil + ¼ teaspoon salt + ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Toss cauliflower with olive oil; sprinkle evenly with salt and garlic powder. Bake at 475 degrees for 14 minutes.
