Ingredients
2 cups refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk (such as Silk)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh turmeric or 1 tsp. dried ground turmeric
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
Dash of kosher salt
Dash of black pepper
How to Make It
Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium, stirring often. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Strain; discard solids.
