Well I have lost about 30... read more pounds and have done a 5K in late October which I never in my life would have imagine I would be able to do. I was scared that I would gain during all those Christmas holiday parties and eating all those Hispanic Christmas traditional food like tamales, Bunelos, pozole, taquitos and more. But I didn't gain weight. I'm back on track 2023 hoping to lose more weight and feeling back to myself with energy and good health.

I have started my first week and now I'm going into my second week and I have lost 9 lbs first week with 2 inches on my hips and 1 inch off my waist. No workouts just my normal walks around the block with my son and no fad diets just all 5 meals with normal everyday foods! He gives you these drops and let me tell you that they work and help curb your appetite and have helped me with my constipation.   I'm not going to lie, but I honestly didn't believe this was going to work. Boy was i wrong! I didn't even exercise, and in my first week I lost... read more 8 lbs and 1 1/2" from my stomach and 1/2" from my hips! I am so full and not starving at all. The staff and Javier are very helpful and answer any questions you have, all you have to do is text them and they get back to you almost immediately. Of course I will get back to the gym because it helps with motivation in daily living but its nice to know I don't have to abuse my body with lifting weights that are almost to heavy for me and injuring my self. I was given a chart of what to eat and what not to eat and I was surprised at all I could eat which included bacon my favorite!!! I slept better, my metabolism accelerated, and I didn't starve and by the 2-3rd week noticed how my stomach was shrinking naturally, I  started eating a little less as my body felt more balanced and detoxed from a lot of the junk I would feed it. My skin also did not sag, exercise is optional BUT without taking the time to prep my meals I would not have been successful. I love Dr. Javier because of his positive energy, he is very charismatic. First consultation is 40 then every weekly visit is 25. I had a question my first day I texted him in the afternoon within 30 minutes he contacted me himself.

They are located a block south from foothill Blvd for the Rialto Office  two building behind the chase. They have parking in the back. They also provide transportation service which is awesome.
