1 6-inch whole-grain corn tortilla
2 ounces grilled pork tenderloin, shredded
1/3 cup diced peeled ripe mango
2 tablespoons salsa verde
Preparation
Bake tortilla on oven rack at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp. Top with shredded pork tenderloin, mango, and salsa verde.
