1 tsp herbes de Provence
2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp Olive Oil, for pan-frying
Instructions
Add all of the meat, honest syrup and spices to a mixing bowl and incorporate.
Form 12 balls and then flatten them to patties
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat
