INGREDIENTS
12 oz. egg noodles
4 tbsp. butter
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and return to pot. Add butter and stir until melted, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with Parmesan.
