INGREDIENTS
3 avocados, halved with pits removed
Juice of 1 lime
2/3 c. mayo
2 tbsp. Sriracha
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
3 (5-oz.) cans tuna, drained
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. black and white sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Squeeze lime juice over avocado halves. Scoop out bigger wells from each half, leaving a small border. Chop removed avocado and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Fold in tuna, green onions, and reserved avocado.
- Spoon tuna mixture into avocados and garnish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of Sriracha.
