Spicy Tuna Stuffed Avocados 6

INGREDIENTS
3 avocados, halved with pits removed
Juice of 1 lime
2/3 c. mayo
2 tbsp. Sriracha
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
3 (5-oz.) cans tuna, drained
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. black and white sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
  1. Squeeze lime juice over avocado halves. Scoop out bigger wells from each half, leaving a small border. Chop removed avocado and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Fold in tuna, green onions, and reserved avocado.
  3. Spoon tuna mixture into avocados and garnish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of Sriracha.
