Ingredients

¾ cup
all-purpose flour
½ cup
whole wheat flour
1 packet
Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Nutritional Drink Mix (Classic French Vanilla flavor)
1 tbsp
baking powder

medium bananas, mashed
¾ cup
low fat milk (1%)
½ cup
nonfat plain yogurt
½ tsp
vanilla extract
1
large egg
1 tbsp
butter, unsalted
Optional:
top with sliced bananas and yogurt

Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together flours, Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Nutritional Drink Mix (Classic French Vanilla flavor), and baking powder.
In a small bowl, combine mashed banana, milk, yogurt, vanilla, and egg
Pour wet mixture into dry, stirring until just combined.
Heat butter in a nonstick fry pan over medium heat.
Spoon pancake batter into the pan.
Flip when bubbles start to form, and tops lose their shine.
Enjoy immediately, or freeze.
